Return Policy

At Candle Valley Candles, each candle is hand-poured with care. Due to the nature of our products, we currently only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [your email here] with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit for the damaged item.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used candles
  • Scent preferences or personal fragrance dislikes
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect candle performance
  • Orders damaged due to improper candle care or storage

Shipping Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
